This policy describes how Orientic sp. z o.o. (controller) processes personal data of perimetro.ai users and people who contact us about Perimetro Platform products.
Scope of processed data
Contact data from demo / partnership forms: name, business email, organisation, position, sector, deployment scale (e.g. number of cameras), optional message body. Sector and scale data are used solely for initial qualification and product fit (Aero / Tower / Connect).
Purposes and legal basis
Purpose: return contact for a demo, product fit, further sales communication. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller — B2B communication with prospective product users).
Retention period
24 months from last contact. After this period, data are deleted or anonymised unless specific regulations apply (e.g. accounting — 5 years for VAT invoices).
Recipients of data
Email notifications delivered by Google Workspace (processor, EU region — DPA signed). Sector and scale data are not shared with third parties. We don't sell data. We don't use it to train AI models.
Transfer outside EEA
None. All data processed in the EU (Google Workspace EU region).
Data subject rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. To exercise rights: info@perimetro.ai.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no fingerprinting — GDPR-compliant without a cookie banner) and Vercel Speed Insights (real-user performance metrics, anonymous). We don't use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking tools.
